life..so far.

24^th January, marked two weeks of my internship life.

My comment? TIRED! A lot of things happened.

Well, actually, Im doing internship at my mom’s company.

So, right now, most of you will say “oh.. chill lah. Mak kau je. Mesti markah penuh”

Guys.. you are wrong. My mom is not like that. She prepared a punch card for me to ensure that i am being punctual to work =.=

10mins late.. deduct rm10.

First day at work:

She put me at the service department. I need to face the customer straight away. i was so unlucky that day. The customer was a fussy old granny. Fuuhhh =.=

So i try my best to control my emotion eventho she really went too far. Mencabar kesabaran sangat.

So, i survived my first day of working. But, attend customer kat service department is so hard.

I don’t even know anything about car! Minyak fully? Minyak semi? Apa tu? =.=

So, i try to learn bit by bit. Starting with lubricant that we use and the price.

Then i learn about minor service, regular service or major service. Coolant lah.. gasket la.. fuhh..

Then, second week, masuk stor! Order barang is quite ok. But nak cari spare parts number was like......

Ok..i give u an example. This one technician came and said “customer ni nak order suis tingkap. Tolong check harga.”

So..nak check harga, i need to know the part number and also the name of that thing. I mean the real technical name. Tergagap dah nak cari =(

But now, rasa dah okay =) last 2days masuk sales department. Belajar pasal bank, etc. Pening. I need tome to absorb all those things. Haihhh..

Insyallah ok kot nanti. Mudah-mudahan.
